Located on the southeast side of Youngstown, Campbell provides easy access to Downtown Youngstown and Youngstown State University. This suburban city borders the Mahoning River and features several parks. Campbell was formed in 1902, when the Youngstown Iron, Sheet, and Tube Company was established near the river.
