Its Decent

No issues in the complex. Only had problems once one neighbor moved in brought roaches then moved out and left some lol. No assigned parking and street parking can get bad (it IS downtown) so depending on if you have a car or not know when you get home sometimes you just want to stay to avoid having to find somewhere to park all over again. It's close to everything so walking isn't an issue and there's a parking lot across the street where you can pay $100/month to park. I don't pay it because I just go to work and back but if you know you other things to do and don't feel like circling the block there you go.
