We are happy to allow pets at the property with a few restrictions. We cannot allow more than one pet and the pet must be less 20 pounds full grown. There is a pet fee of $500 non refundable and $25 per month pet rent. Sorry, no aggressive breeds will be allowed. Parking is extremely limited in the community. Each home has access to two parking spots and will receive decals upon move in. If you or your guest park in a restricted area, you are subject to being towed. Resource Property Management runs a comprehensive check of your criminal background, credit history, and rental history. If you have certain prior felonies or any evictions, your application will be denied.
