Minutes from the Convoy District, close distance to UCSD, Mesa College, USD, gyms, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, post office, Kaiser Permanente, Sharp, UCSD Medical Center. Minutes to parks, recreational centers, beaches, airport, downtown. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drugs, pets, loud music, parties, candles (fire hazard). Prefer a working professional or student who is quiet, clean, and respectful to others around. This is a month-to-month rent first to make sure it works out for everyone. Otherwise, we prefer a long term rent. No bankruptcies, collections, past due bills, late payments, or criminal record. Security deposit is $700 with references and a $40 credit check is required. Sitting directly north of Old Town San Diego State Historic Park and adjacent to SeaWorld San Diego, Clairemont is a large neighborhood with much to offer. It is directly east of La Jolla and Pacific Beach, so residents are minutes away from some of San Diego’s best beaches. The neighborhood is home to San Diego Mesa College and the University of California San Diego is only about four miles north, making Clairemont a great option for students.
Clairemont offers some terrific parks, including Tecolote Canyon Natural Park. This vast park covers 903 acres and is a terrific hiking destination. Other great destinations include Marian Bear Memorial Park and nearby Fiesta Island Park.
