The charming, family-friendly neighborhood gets daily visits from the elotero and ice cream truck and there are fruterias and tamale stands within a few blocks. The freestanding cottage features brand new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, tile floors, new light fixtures and cordless blinds, and fresh paint throughout. The house has lots of windows on every side for a bright home and plenty of fresh air. The electrical has been completely redone and there are so many outlets in every room, you'll wonder what else you can plug in. The living area is bright and roomy with a brand-new ceiling fan and wall heater. Ceiling fan reverses in the winter to circulate warm air and keep you toasty. The bedroom has a brand-new ceiling fan, deep closet and room for creative storage options. The bathroom has all new fixtures and room for more storage. Exterior lighting is dusk to dawn enabled, so you'll never arrive home in the dark. There is a fenced yard with numerous fruit trees, a patio area, and space for gardening. Street parking only for cars, but we may be able to accommodate a motorcycle on the property. You will supply your own refrigerator; a gas stove is included. Indoor-only cats are welcome with approval. Note about in-unit laundry: unit does not have standard W/D connections, but there is space in the bathroom for a compact washer and electric dryer, like those advertised for apartments, RV, or portable. We will work with the tenant for proper setup of these appliances that you provide. Dryer must be electric, there is no gas hookup.
