The kitchen features granite countertops and includes a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a formal dining room area. The guest bathroom has granite countertops and a shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, garden tub, and separate shower. It also features two oversized closets. The backyard is fully fenced and features a screened-in porch. NOTE: Tenant is responsible for all utilities - power, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet. Lawn maintenance is not included. Security Deposit: Full month's rent or based on application findings. Our Security Deposit Per Roommate Policy - 75% of the Base Rental Amount per Roommate. LEASE COMMENCEMENT REQUIREMENTS: Once approved, the lease commencement date must be within 14 days of approval. If the property is unavailable for move-in, the lease commencement date must be set within 14 days of the expected availability date. This property is not set up for housing vouchers.
