The expansive backyard oasis features a covered patio perfect for lounging or dining al fresco, and the fully fenced yard includes two grills, ample seating, and a fire pit for marshmallow roasting and evening gatherings, as well as a spacious side yard for extra outdoor fun. Pets are welcome with a small fee. Nestled within the vibrant charm of a picturesque residential area, this property places you right at the doorstep of sunny Big Lagoon State Park. This prime location gifts you unobstructed access to some of Pensacola's finest sandy stretches and vibrant local attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
