The garage is set up with three game options to help keep the kids entertained and plenty of storage for bikes, and other outdoor gear. The in-floor radiant heating and evaporative cooling system means you can enjoy this home year around. The covered back patio has a 10 foot Colorado Pine picnic table and another table with seating for 4 providing a great place to relax taking in the views. You also have the opportunity to swap stories around a fire pit in the evening. The master bedroom also has its own private covered patio with table and chairs for coffee in the morning.
