This large, all brick upper flat gives you access to Wyandotte's schools and parks and gets you close to its popular downtown activities and waterfront facilities. If you work at BASF or at Henry Ford Wyandotte hospital, you'll only have a few minutes commute to work. The unit includes a free private storage room in the basement which is lockable, and free use of the shared laundry - also in the basement. The units also share a fair sized back yard. There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and in the kitchen, a water-conserving shower head and toilet in the bathroom, a kitchen faucet with pull out sprayer, and energy-saving LED lights throughout. We just had new carpeting and kitchen flooring installed. The nitty-gritty: No pets (sorry!), and no smoking, vaping, or tobacco use of any kind. Note that you'll need to pay for trash, electric, cable, and gas used at your house, but you will enjoy the electric, cable, and water rates Wyandotte offers its residents. There is a single water meter for both units, so the water bill is split by both (and paid in addition to the monthly rent). There is a bit of fine print related to trash removal - you're limited to normal household waste, and it has to fit in the container furnished by Wyandotte. The good news? Lawn care and snow removal are on us - with one small exception. You'll have to throw salt on any slick spots or black ice that forms on the porch, steps, or walks.
