Looking for a one year lease starting June 1st, 2026. No smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, vaping, hookah) on premises. Friendly, well behaved pets accepted on a case by case basis (no dangerous breeds as identified by my insurance company) with additional $40/pet/month pet rent. Small caged pets negotiable. No additional deposit required for pets outside of pet rent. Income must be greater than 3X monthly rent to apply($8400/month).
