Property Id: 1157969 This first floor 2 bedroom condo with 1.5 baths and additional study/office has been completely remodeled with updated kitchen/stainless steel appliances; new laminate flooring, paint, and lighting throughout; laundry room with Maytag washer and dryer, small yard with privacy fence; master bedroom with large walk-in closet, and water/sewer/trash paid by landlord. One assigned parking spot with plenty of additional unmarked spots in complex. The condo has also had new HVAC unit placed a year ago. This was my private residence for over 2 years-quiet area close to shopping/expressways. Renters would need to give a 30 day notice. The rent price is locked in for 12 months. Anyone 18 & older must be on lease. Everyone 18 and older will have to submit an application/pay application fee. Sorry, we do not accept Section 8/Housing Vouchers. No previous evictions. Must have verifiable rental history/income. Gross household income needs to be $3,450 a month.
