Located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, this condo is in a vibrant, beachfront community known for its white-sand beaches, clear turquoise waters, and walkable streets. The Jolly Trolley stops right in front of Harborview Grande, offering easy and carefree transportation to local shops and nearby dining. The beach, Pier 60, and most local attractions and restaurants are easily walkable from the unit. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
