The open-concept living area features new furniture, a queen-size pullout sofa, and a loveseat. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a Keurig and standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, and hand mixer. You'll also find a full set of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, smart TVs in the bedrooms and living area, and a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and a cooler are provided for guest use. One assigned parking space and one unassigned space are available. Two hang tags are provided in-unit upon check-in. Located in the heart of the Clearwater Beach neighborhood, this condo sits in a vibrant, beachfront community known for its white-sand beaches, clear turquoise waters, and walkable streets. The Jolly Trolley stops right in front of Harborview Grande, offering easy and carefree transportation to Clearwater Beach, local shops, and nearby dining. The beach, Pier 60, restaurants, and most local attractions are easily walkable from the unit. Trailers, U-Hauls, boats, and RVs are not permitted on the property. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Pets are not allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, any lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. [SI]
