I’ve really enjoyed living at 53 West so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, and the amenities are convenient. Maintenance has been responsive anytime I’ve needed something, and the office staff is friendly and professional. Parking is easy, and the location makes it simple to get to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to call home.
I love it here. The community is beautiful the community is nice the community is quiet the community is clean the community is friendly! My kids love it here they like the friendly kids! Everyone is so warm and southern and I just love it here so much
Awesome staff, community and building. The move in process was a breeze. Had a problem with one of the doors during move in, and maintance was there to fix same day!
So far it's been great, aside from the fact that FedEx delivered half of my new furniture to another address and can't find it!. I had a chance to walk around a bit and can't wait to hit the gym!

The only change I would suggest is to make the bathrooms more senior friendly. For those of us with limited mobility, sometimes it is difficult getting into and out of the tub. But overall I can’t complain!!

So far living at 53 West it has not been pleasant. We have lived here a little over 3 weeks now. Upon our move in date, the unit was not ready at all. Paint on the floors from the painters, no cleaners had come in, and the carpet had not been replaced. The microwave is not usable from previous residents burning something inside of it. We were told 3 weeks max on a new one and now we can not get any answers from the management here on any solutions for the filth of the unit to the disgusting amount of cigarettes butts on the ground outside of my porch from the unit above me. We just get given excuses instead of solutions. We highly recommend looking else where for residency.

Hello, so far I feel comfortable with the house and the area is really peaceful and clean. I hope in the future everything will stay the same or be more innovative. What I can say is that I am not completely satisfied because the main room is too small. After that, I am ok.

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment. The location is excellent—convenient and pleasant, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Just moved in almost a month ago. So far I love it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The only down side is the mailroom. It's frustrating and unorganized. The resort like pools make up for it though!

Great staff! Very friendly and professional. Need to work on keeping the pool open. Something isn’t right with whoever is doing the maintenance on it. I’m an avid swimmer and look forward to using it but it continues to have issues and closes way too often. Other than that we are very happy living here.

I do like it here. Valet trash is a perk and the ladies at the front are nice. The price on the other hand matches the perks living here. Many good events that happen and also food trucks that stop by.

Love the events and Friday night food trucks. It's nice especially now that the pools are open! I do wish we had more access to the flats clubhouse after hours but the exchange pool is also always available so that's awesome

Too many outside visitors to pool areas. Can’t relax because some guest are bringing all their relatives to pool. Couldn’t even park at pool because all the non residents took the spots. Same way last summer.

I have lived here so far for 1 year and a half. I never had any issues until recently. When I first moved in I had put in a maintenance request for my washing machine a month later due to it not completing its cycle. I then put in 3 more work orders for the same appliance for the next couple of months. My washing machine work for a year until recently and now that the whole machine stopped working they are making me pay for a new washing machine even though I was given a faulty one from the beginning. I have spoke to the property manger and maintenance time multiple times and explained this situation however they insist on me pay for this appliance and stating that I caused it to break by having “debris” in the back of my washing machine. I pay my rent on time and I never cause any problems. They are a money hungry property that will make you pay for any issues they do not want to pay for. I will never live here again and I suggest you shouldn’t either!

My stay here has been pretty well overall. The amenities are great and front office staff have quite helpful as always! Only issue I really have is some noise from the apartment above but of course, that’s just a flaw of the neighbors rather than the leasing management. Thank you for all you guys do!!

Im in my second year living at 53 west and I love it just as much as I did when I started! The staff is friendly, maintenance is experience and works efficiently. The team is always looking for fun events, and yummy food trucks for the community. A special shoutout to Jessica, she has been so great to the community, super sweet, and is always looking out for us! Highly recommend 53 West!

We love living at 53 west. Communication could be better from the front office but we love the amenities like the dog park, car wash, dog wash station!

I have enjoyed living at 53 West with very few issues. If I had to complain, the Trash Service and the lack of upkeep of the exterior would be my focus. Corridors being stained with trash leakage, trash being left outside continuously and people not being held to account for pet waste not being disposed of properly is a bother. On the positive side, it is very quiet for apartment living.

I've been really happy with the staff's responsiveness and helpfulness lately, they do a great job! I had some mailroom issues recently, and rather than giving unhelpful "customer service" replies they sincerely put in an effort to resolve those issues. They have also do a nice job with service requests.

My four years here has not had a single issue and any maintenance request is handled quickly. The weekly food trucks are a cool new addition to the complex.
