The stunning deck is a perfect place to enjoy the view after a day of adventure, and the stone fireplace and hot tub are sure to be a hit after a day on the slopes of Bretton Woods. The entire downstairs area was recently renovated, and a pool table has been added for your enjoyment. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Capresso by Jura coffee maker, and a Keurig. The cozy breakfast bar seats two, and the dining area features a huge table that seats ten, surrounded by comfortable furniture and a gorgeous stone fireplace. The living area offers incredible views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range. The lower level provides extra living and game room space to accommodate big groups. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Parking is limited to three vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. A pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. Trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay, and additional pickups during your stay are available for $10 per pickup. In the winter, enjoy both downhill and cross-country skiing in stunning scenery, plus ice skating, snow tubing, snowshoeing tours, dog sledding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and more. Bretton Woods is the perfect home base to explore the White Mountains' attractions, including the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Storyland, Clark's Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, and more. The State Parks Crawford Notch and Franconia Notch are also just minutes away, or you can spend the day shopping at the outlets in North Conway. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. It is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and noise levels should be kept low enough not to disturb others. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking is allowed inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. As the home is in bear country, no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. The master bedroom features a separate office nook, providing a quiet space for work or study. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and YouTubeTV can be accessed via the smart TV interface.
