At the end of your fixed-term lease, with approval from Red Sands, you may be permitted to reserve your room for the upcoming academic year by paying a reduced fee of $100/month during the summer months. Upon approval, you may leave your personal belongings in storage at the property until you return for the next semester. With Red Sands' approval, you may also be permitted to sign a new fixed-term lease and continue renting the unit over the summer months. Proof of enrolment at an accredited college or university must be provided for your application to be considered. Failure to adhere to building responsibilities may result in the property manager taking action.
