Located about 15 miles southeast of Chattanooga, Ringgold is a quaint mountain town steeped in history and surrounded by natural beauty. Ringgold once contained one of the few antebellum railroad depots in Georgia. The depot was used during the Civil War and now houses a venue for bluegrass performances, the Ringgold Opry.
