Basic cable,internet,power,water,sewer,trash (so all utilities) and 1 parking space (with ample guest parking) are included in the rent. A laundry room with washer & dryer is conveniently located on each floor. This 55+ community has incredible amenities,including 4 pools,tennis courts,a fishing pier,boat slips,fitness center,gated guest entrance with a guard & a very active clubhouse. While this is a pet friendly condo,pets for renters are not permitted (HOA rules). HOA approval necessary,with a $100 application fee per adult. Background & credit checks will be done through Turbo Tenant for $55 per applicant. Fully furnished to include furniture,kitchen items,linens,towels,etc. Just bring your clothes,toiletries & beach items.   Security deposit of $1,500 plus first & last month required with signed lease agreement. (discounted if all months paid in full at time of rental). There’s good flexibility on some terms so let’s have a discussion.
