The hallway leads past the laundry and utility closet, where the washer connection is, and ends at the bedrooms and full bath. All the bedrooms are good sized. Out back is a huge, fully fenced yard with patio. This home also comes with an exterior storage closet, accessed from the patio, and a large storage shed. The long driveway provides plenty of parking space. Tenants must provide their own range and refrigerator. Gas hookup for range is available. Washer and dryer hookups are available. Tenants must provide their own washer and dryer. Tenants take care of all lawn care and maintenance. Pets are allowed with breed restrictions and $250 deposit per pet. $35 per month charge for 1 pet and $50 for 2 pets. No smoking, of any kind, is allowed. Credit rating and history are factors in renting for prospective tenants. Tenants must have a good rental history. Each applicant over 18 years of age must complete an application. $55 application fee covers background and credit checks.
