Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay up to 2 dogs with a max weight of 50lbs per dog. Prearrangement is required before arrival, and no puppies are allowed. Please provide a picture of the dog, a copy of your pet's current rabies vaccination, and a copy of your veterinarian record showing weight. Located one block off Thomas Drive, you'll find great restaurants, lots of shopping, and many forms of entertainment, some of which are within walking distance. The home is tucked between beautiful Grand Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico and sits just one block from some of the world's most beautiful beaches. This home is located near Rick Seltzer State Park, where you'll find excellent beach access, on-duty lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and plenty of parking. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break, Weekends, Major Holidays). Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there will be no compensation to guests. If you are traveling for business and the internet is crucial to your visit, it is recommended bringing your own hotspot. [SI]
