The condo also has convenient built in shelves and a real wood burning fireplace. The tenant will also be given the pool key so they have access to the community pool facility. Rent is $1995 and we require a 1 month deposit. Standard 12 month lease term. We just had brand new floors installed in the condo, as well as updates in the kitchen.
