Hello - This listing is for a room that will be available for rent in a spacious condo located in Brentwood, starting on June 1st. The condo is 3 levels and each floor has its own bedroom and full personal bathroom. My girlfriend and I just purchased this as a 2nd home last year, and we're not there often, so we're looking to rent out our 2 extra bedrooms. We spend most of time working and travelling, so we're looking for people who can live and take care of the place while we're gone. We're not particular about age or gender, but we try to be considerate, conscientious and clean, and having people who are similar is important to us. Currently we've rented out one of the rooms to a young guy in his mid 20's. He's an engineer and usually works from his home office during the current situation. The remaining open room is on the upper level (it's the whole upper level you have to yourself). It consists of a bedroom, two closets, and a private bathroom. We just had new carpet installed in this bedroom approximately 1 week ago, so it's nice, soft and fresh. The condo is comfortable, and has a good size back deck that looks into some nice woody area. The upper floor will be $795/month, Utilities are split 3 ways for a fixed cost of $75/month each person - this includes everything (water, gas, electricity, and high speed xfinity internet). Washer and dryer are installed on the lower level and are open for everyone's use. We're looking for someone who would like a 12 month lease, and the move in date is flexible.
