Hello - This listing is for a spacious condo that will be available for rent in Brentwood starting in October. The condo is very unique and has 3 levels, each floor has its own bedroom and FULL bathroom. That's 3 full bathrooms, one on the upper, one on the middle, and one on the lower level. The lower level is the master bedroom with an extra large bathroom. The lower level also has a separate private entry/exit with stairs that exit out the back of their own little wood patio. The condo is comfortable, and has 2 back decks (one main level, one lower level patio) that look into some nice woody area in the back. Private washer and dryer are located within the unit. The condo also has convenient built in shelves and a real wood burning fireplace. The tenant will also be given the pool key so they have access to the community pool facility. Rent is $1995 and we require a 1 month deposit. Standard 12 month lease term. We just had brand new floors installed in the condo, as well as updates in the kitchen.
