Washer and dryer in the bedroom and a walk-in closet. We live in the main house behind the cottage, but the cottage is an entirely separate building. Please note: We have a pet deposit of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each pet after the first. If you bring a pet, our cleaning fee increases from $200 to $300.
