Upstairs apartment unit. Separate keyed entrance. On main bus line and walking distance to downtown, Bigelow Park. Requirement of abiding by standard quiet hours (10:00PM -7:00AM) an obligation of written/ signed lease. Would likely be best for a person who works daytime / early evening hours. This is a work/live space for downstairs occupant. No smoking of tobacco or vaping tobacco AT ALL - inside or outside of premises acceptable by tenant or guests. These requirements are the most important. 420 friendly for legal aged applicants. Rent includes W/S/G but all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. $500 non refundable fee & $500 refundable security deposit due at signing off lease. Looking for a long term tenant who is friendly and communicative. This is a home and hoping new tenant will consider and treat it that way as well and have a neighborly relationship with downstairs tenant and neighbors in closer proximity. All applications and rental payments (once lease is agreed to and signed) are done through direct deposit. Interested parties will be invited to apply once first screened. This is to save folks money on application process. I don’t want folks to spend it if it won’t be a good match for all parties. If interested, please send an email. Available July 2024.
