The living room includes an L-shaped couch, an accent chair, a 56" TV on a stand, and a desk with a wooden chair. We welcome furry friends for a $100 pet fee, which helps cover the extra 1-2 hour long cleaning and labor after checkout to ensure no pet hair is left. 100% of our cleaning fee goes to the housekeeping team, as we believe in paying our staff a living wage. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is conveniently situated right off Queen Elizabeth Way. It's just 4 minutes to Maple View Shopping Center and 3 minutes to Lake Ontario, or a 15-minute walk. The area is close to many dining options. There is a basement apartment, and both suites have separate entrances. Only the driveway and backyard are shared. Guests will be provided with the check-in details 2 days before their arrival.
