About This Property
Our beautiful light-filled studio apartment will be available on September 1st for a new resident. This historic house was originally used as a convent for Saint Basil's, and then was moved to this property in the 50's. There are established gardens on all sides of the property, including a lovely view of our neighbor's large garden filled with mature fruit trees, creating a quiet and peaceful environment. This in-law unit has a separate entrance and is approximately 460 square feet. It has wood floors, a separate kitchen, full bath, many windows with lots of natural light, and abundant storage (both closets and in the eves of the apartment). There is a small outdoor patio for exclusive use of the tenant, and it is located on a quiet tree-lined street. Because this is an in-law apartment above the main home, we are looking for someone who's quiet, respectful, and appreciates friendly interactions on the property, and the strong community of neighbors on our block and neighborhood. To help us sort through interested applicants, please respond with a little bit about yourself, and your target move-in date. We have had many wonderful people live here over the years, and are excited to find the next person who wants to make this sweet spot their home. We look forward to meeting you!
