All units are pet friendly! $100 non-refundable pet charge, cats are $30 per cat a month and dogs are $40 per dog per month. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. First month's rent and deposits are due at time of move in if approved. All JSA Development properties are non- smoking. An application fee of $25 is required, and a full background check is conducted during application process.
