This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is less than a mile from downtown and is just a short drive to the Pensacola International Airport and Naval Air Station Pensacola. It is the perfect location for anyone looking to go out and explore. Guests will park and enter through the back door. As you step inside, you will find yourself in the kitchen and dining space. The galley-style kitchen maximizes the efficiency of the cook, allowing you to whip up any meal in no time. Off of the kitchen is the smartly appointed living space, featuring a beautiful decorative-only fireplace, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a large SmartTV. The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional full-size bathroom just off the living room. This cozy space is perfect for a couple, small family, or business professional looking to spend some time in Pensacola. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This property is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood. It is less than 1 mile from downtown, 5 miles from Pensacola International Airport, and 7 miles from Pensacola Naval Air Station. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. Smoking is prohibited. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
