The property has attic storage space as well as a storage shed in the backyard. The yard has a functioning sprinkler system and good quality lawn (with weed control provided by the owners). All rooms in the home are very spacious! The property comes with a working stove/oven unit and dishwasher. However, no fridge, washer, or dryer is included, though hook-ups are present. The house uses just electricity for heating/cooling/appliances, so you won't have to pay for any gas utilities. Walls will be touched up from any previous nail holes/use from previous owners. The carpets will be cleaned between tenants. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, sits within a good school boundary (Frenship ISD), and is close enough to a golf course to enjoy leisurely strolls there, but not close enough to catch any stray golf balls. It has quick access to the loop and all necessary commodities, but is removed from the busier parts of town. No smoking allowed. Cats allowed with a one time $150 pet fee. Electric bill will be a flat fee of $300/month paid to the owners (house is all electric, no gas). All other utilities paid by the tenants. Common maintenance (lawncare, air filters, cleaning, etc.) will be the responsibility of the tenants, whereas major unexpected repairs will be handled by the owners.
