Renters Insurance - You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance. 7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted. NOTE: To ensure a quicker response on your application, please be sure to fill out the application completely (leaving nothing blank) and include contact information for current/previous landlords (email & phone number). Application processing time is 1-3 business days. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
