This house features an extra large yard that lets you enjoy the perks of country living just 10 minutes from downtown. A garage is available for use, in addition to a storage shed. Also enjoy the wealth of services and restaurants at the end of your driveway like Do North Pizza and Yellow Bike Coffee, while just a short drive towards town you can find anything you'd need around the Miller Hill Mall and surrounding businesses. One dog is allowed within the pet guidelines. Note: Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. We’ll take out the trash – Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per adult and $5 per child is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.
