Given his experience with the Latino community, Ricardo recognized the needs of Hispanics in Brevard County and decided to establish a real estate Latino team to educate and assist Latinos in the area with buying and selling real estate. Ricardo and his wife Sue own Mar y Sol Properties, a brokerage serving the needs of Brevard County. He is also licensed as a real estate instructor (license number ZH1003698) and is a faculty member at A+ Schools of Real Estate. As an instructor, Ricardo teaches real estate licensing classes in Spanish.
