Fair Oaks is a scenic neighborhood located next to Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, a popular suburb of Atlanta. Fair Oaks is convenient to destinations like Kennesaw State University and Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. Fair Oaks is named for the many mature oak trees that fill the area.
