Hardwood floors throughout, open concept in the Dining and Living Room, large Sunroom off Living Room, and covered deck off the Kitchen. Kitchen comes with refrigerator, dishwasher, & gas stove. All bedrooms are good sizes and two of the bedrooms have double closets. Washers and Dryers are available for use in the lower level and a parking space in the rear. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas, landlord pays water, sewer, and trash. Security deposit is $1,000. Minimum 12 month lease. $50 non-refundable application fee. No pets.
