About This Property
Thank you for your interest in renting one of our apartment homes off of Old Hwy 37. It is a single story 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with approximately 1023+/- sq. ft. of living space. The apartment unit has been recently remodeled. It is equipped with a Stainless Steel Refrigerators, Smooth Top Stoves, Dishwashers, New Soft Close Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Countertops, and small outdoor patio along with Washer/Dryer hook ups. There are NO Upstairs Neighbors – No Downstairs Neighbors - No Stairs. We have many emailing and calling about this property and cannot possibly call everyone back quickly. Please respond to this email to help save time. We are looking for someone who can move in the first week of August and Can Meet The Requirements Addressed Below. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: In order to be considered for this apartment home please provide the following: • Verification of gross income (paystubs, W2s, bank statements) that exceeds $3,200 per month. • History of past rent payments that have been made on time as verified by current and past property managers. • Names, Ages, DOB, SS#’s and Cellphone #’s of all who will live with you, • Your desired move-in date, • Number of years of rental history, • Phone number(s), email address, cell number, and any other information that would be helpful to us in processing your application. If you have these requirements; and would like to preview the inside please respond to this email WITH the requested information. I can then arrange for you to see the inside of the property. Prior to signing we require a Credit background check. The application fee is $50 per resident 18 years and older. If approved due at signing is, On Time Rent of $1225.00 + the performance fee of $1225.00 ($295 is doc prep fee). If you have pets there is a $300 pet fee along with an additional $15 per month per rent. You must register at petscreening.com even if you do not have a pet.
