Lots of browns and muted neutrals, inoffensively German, subdued, smart. This foreign treat has the basics covered in the kitchen with a dishwasher and gas range, plus, space for a bistro table if you're into that. Or perhaps you take your morning coffee out on the front terrace- that's fancy for balcony. Store clothes, or plants- or both- in your additional space off the back of the kitchen, and store your vehicle out on the easy street parking. One funky perk I didn't mention? This place is setup shotgun-style, with the caveat that you have separate entrances for your bedroom, and your living area/the rest... very euro. Also, I'm convinced "Eichelberger" is German, or like a cousin or something, so that's where we're going with this roundabout pretzel theme. APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order.
