Proof of income can be provided in the form of (one or the other, not all): - Copies of your paycheck stubs – last 2-3 most recent stubs - Copies of your bank statement – one month, most recent statement - Copies of your tax returns/documents – last year’s returns Please provide the required documents to verify your income. Pet Screening Every applicant must complete the pet screening profile whether you have a pet or not. We will send you a link once your application is complete. Previous Residential History Please provide at least five (5) years of your previous positive rental/residential history. Credit Report and Screening Once your completed application is received complete, we will receive a notification. A valid email address is required for each adult. Any fee is paid directly by the 3rd party or credit reporting agency and is non-refundable.
