There is a full bathroom attached to the bedroom and a large closet. The house has modern fixtures and luxury furniture. And, of course, you'll have access to the large 2nd floor kitchen and living space. By train, you will be only 28 minutes from downtown, and only a 5 minute walk to the station. Also note, this is for a 6-month lease, but you only need 1 month notice to leave, and if you do, you just have to pay $150 for a cleaning fee. The remaining security deposit is yours if there's no damage.
