Additional features include an attached two-car garage, laundry with washer/dryer included enclosed private backyard. Rental Terms: - Minimum 30 days, up to 6 - 9 month lease - Unit is fully furnished - Owner pays all utilities including basic cable and internet - Pets NOT accepted on this listing - Cosigners NOT accepted on this listing - NO smoking on the property - Tenant will be charged a $250 cleaning fee at the end of their stay.
