It has both front and back access. Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $75 for a third party. Trash removal and lawn care are provided. Phone, Gas, water, sewer, and electric bills are the tenants responsibility. Minimum one year rental history and work history requested. $2400 minimum take home iincome. Cats and small dogs (25 lbs. or less) require a $425 non-refundable fee and a $25 increase in rent per pet per month (2 pet limit). Large dogs (25-60 lbs.) are accepted with the same fee, but a $50 increase in rent per pet per month. Contract runs through July 31, 2025 and is renewable annually. If life throws you a curve ball and you need to end the lease on any other date, there is a 1/2 month rent fee, vacancy advertising costs as necessary, and pro-rated rent is due until re-rented. This apartment has a consistent history of being rented within 30 days of availability, but is not guaranteed. Military clause available.
