Furnished Beachfront house in Ocean Beach! Available for 30 days minimum lease period, available from April 9, 2026 to September 30, 2026 only. This property is on the bike path near dog beach and has amazing views of the surf, ocean, and beach. Has a huge custom shower with dual shower heads (one on each side), newer kitchen, and stone tile throughout most of the house. This fully furnished beach house has a gate that leads out the backyard onto the sand. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a a separate office area. The first floor has a two car garage, laundry closet, and a large bedroom with king size bed, dresser, smart TV, and massive shower and walk-in closet. The second floor has the best views, and it has another master bedroom with a bunk bed with king-size mattress on bottom and twin bed on top. The kitchen, living, and dining room are also on the second floor, looking out at the beautiful beach and ocean view through a wall of windows rising up two stories high. This home has air conditioning throughout. There is a deck off the living room where you can sit and watch the waves., and the Sea World fireworks can be seen from the deck as well.
