About This Property
Who says basement apartments have to be stuffy, damp, or small? We're looking for a quiet, non-smoking tenant for this well appointed 1 bedroom unit. It's only 3 blocks from the University of Wyoming campus. Living room pre-wired for cable. Eat-in kitchen (not shown) has nearly new gas stove with electronic ignition. Bath recently renovated. Bedroom has two closets, one of them a walk-in. (Sorry; the stuffed animals in the picture belonged to a prior tenant and don't come with the unit.) Quiet neighbors. Because the rent includes utilities, this is one of the most economical 1 bedroom units you'll find in Laramie -- and it's nicer than many that cost more. Reserved off-street parking space guarantees you'll always have a spot. Many apartments near campus have no off-street parking, reserved or not, and spaces on the street can be tough to find. Why pay more elsewhere and then walk farther to class? Heat, water, electricity, city services, and basic Internet access (a $40 per month value!) included. The photos really don't do this unit justice, so visit our own Web site to arrange to see it in person!

Located on the Laramie River in southeastern Wyoming, Laramie’s ideal position between the Snowy Range and the Laramie Range places an abundance of outdoor activities within the city’s reach. Laramie residents enjoy access to prime spots for hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, snowmobiling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, camping, and much more.
Laramie was once a lawless frontier town known for rowdy saloons and vigilante justice. Laramie still contains the Wyoming Territorial Prison, which held some of the most violent outlaws in the West, including the infamous Butch Cassidy. Historic preservation and modern delights converge in Laramie’s quaint downtown, where historic buildings contain breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and wall murals.
Now, Laramie is known as a small college town, home to the University of Wyoming, Wyoming Technical Institute, and a branch of Laramie County Community College.
