Note that the hot tub is fully functional for heating and works well to enjoy warm temperatures, however, the jets do not operate at full speed at the moment. Two concrete parking spots are in the back of the property, and there is also overnight free parking on the street in front of the property. A pet fee of $83 will be charged if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. From this stop, you can catch a bus heading west toward Downtown Savannah, with direct access to Historic Downtown Savannah, River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, museums, shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Buses run regularly throughout the day, offering a convenient and affordable alternative to Uber. It’s a comfortable and scenic way to explore the city without needing to drive. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, as additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms.
