Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Parties or events are not allowed, and the maximum number of guests listed should not be exceeded. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
