This new team has been working hard on making positive changes. We see it already and anxious to see more!
Awful place to live. Roach infested, thin walls, horrible neighbors, the list goes on.
Please do not move here...there are big raccoons and rats. The maintenance is not kept up to date and they do not fix anything in your apartment. Save you money and run far. The electrical system is not up to date and expect to see regular power surges. The parking is horrible and they do not call you back or make sure things are running properly.
You do NOT wanna live here... the place is a DUMP..literally!! It desperately needs a paint job, roaches everywhere and not to mention there is garbage EVERYWHERE!! The tenants are loud and ghetto, not to mention the fact that we had our van broken into (well they now have security in the nights) The place is just dirty and nasty... it needs MAJOR upgrade. They should consider repairs, add a gate to the entrance.. reopen the back GATE!!!
Stay as far away as possible. The trash overflows regularly and is shattered around the property. The electrical system is not up to date and expect to see regular power surges. The parking is horrible. I get blocked in at least twice a week. The lady that manages the property is virtually nonexistent. And dose not return calls. Long story short horrible experience .
This apartment is located just outside of the hustle and bustle of Downtown Fort Lauderdale and sits on the historic New River. The apartments are fully renovated with all new appliances, fresh paint, tile floors, modern cabinetry and new on-site laundry room. Spacious 1/1 or smaller 2/1 units are available for a very affordable price. The new appliances (including brand new central A/C unit) are energy friendly, helping to keep the monthly electric bill very low! On-site maintenance includes free monthly pest control and keeps the grounds clean. This location is family and pet friendly while neighboring parks, schools, stores and a library. Its proximity to I-95 makes this location easily accessible to everywhere in South Florida.
