Please read! Do not move here!
When we first moved here the first day we saw roaches all over the ceiling in the closet, in the bathroom, we had to buy two different bug sprays from Lowe’s to try to kill them the first one wouldn’t work and the second one worked but still had a lot of bugs so that was frustrating. when we moved in we were told only the floor was the problem but they forgot to tell us one of the Drawer in the kitchen was broken.One day at night, there was a cricket on side of my bed, then my husband decided to clean the back of the fridge as something told him to, and he noticed BLACK mold in the back of the fridge,the closet had a big hole so we had to go to lowes and pick up holesealer! Again in our money! So we Laid traps for the roaches, and we also laid bug hotels which is a little trap laid traps for the roaches, we also laid Mouse traps because if there was mold in the back of the fridge there’s a good chance we will find mice so we laid traps and a couple hours later after we came back there was a mouse inside of the trap! We were told a new fridge was gonna be coming which never happened! Also online it stated the house was one bedroom one bath and it’s not it’s a studio! False advertising!The first time we told them about the big problem we were having, we were told the pest people were gonna come and they never showed up, then we saw more roaches and one was very near me when I was taking a shower! So we complained again and we were told he was gonna be here at 8 sharp, he didn’t get here till 8;30 making my husband almost late for work as he was waiting on this guy to show up so unprofessional! We asked them prior to moving in if they could redo the floors the lady said no we are not gonna do nothing else to the house and that’s why it was so cheap. We will not be paying rent here we had to live with mice, roaches, had to go out of our way to try to help the situation which is unacceptable! And had black mold in the house! Which is deadly! This place is unlivable and we will not be paying our rent and have pictures to proof the filthiness of this place! we are already looking for other places to go and we both agreed that we learned our lesson to never again settle for a house just because it’s cheap. This place in my opinion should be taken down with a bulldozer! Please read this review and take everything I said to heart and please do not move here you will regret it! This place is not worth a dollar!

This place is disgusting!!
Bugs rats, we were washing our clothes the other day and there was a rat in our clothes!! This place is beyond disgusting! I wrote a very detailed review the other day about what has been happening and these rental people took it down! This place is infested with rats and roaches! Please don’t move here !!
