Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No parties are allowed without express authorization. The home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
