Located in a beach front neighborhood with no through traffic, the beach is super private and only accessible to residents. Enjoy miles of walking or biking trails nearby. While a car is recommended, Uber is available for getting around. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, bicycles, and a gas BBQ grill are also provided. Please do not walk on the dune and use the crossover at the end of the street. Keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use. Rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi or pool. Trash days are Monday and Thursday, and lawn care takes place on Mondays. Before departing, remove bedding and towels and leave them in the laundry room, load and start the dishwasher, take the trash out to the garage, check for leftover items, and leave the elevator downstairs. Turn all the lights off and close the door. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your stay and receive check-in details. The property manager is local and available by phone, text, or in person.
