About This Property

Beautiful water view, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in Diamond Point, Sequim. The top floor has a primary suite with a walk-in closet, bathroom, and a large deck with a heated and partially covered sitting area. The first floor main living area includes the kitchen, living room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office/workshop, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard has a private patio surrounded by nice landscaping, raised garden beds and a fenced garden area. There are several sheds for garden supplies or extra storage. Carport with space for 2 vehicles. Tenant has access to a nearby community boat launch. House is heated and cooled with ductless heat pumps and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. High-speed internet is available. Septic/sewer is included in the rent but tenants pay electricity, water, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. Tenants are also responsible for trimming shrubs and weeding the gravel and planter areas, so please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking good at all times, or be willing to pay a landscaper to do it for you. Pets possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 additional monthly pet rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit, per pet. First and last month's rent, $2,700 refundable security deposit, and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
