The loft space is located within the pitched roof line on the upper floor: *MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR THOSE WITH STABILITY ISSUES, as there is a very narrow set of stairs and rails that open wide to the lower level. This space boasts some of the most dramatic ocean views and a sweet upper level garden view. Queen sized bed and ample dressers for storage. A cozy reading nook is stocked with a unique collection of local authors and history of the surrounding area. A/C from the main living area below this space flows up to cool this space.
