Just blocks from the incredible shopping and dining found at historic Punta Gorda Downtown. * Punta Gorda Private Pool Home Sleeps up to 5 * 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Den with Single Sleeper * Brand New to the Rental Program * Private Pool faces Southeast * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Propane BBQ available for guest use * 2 Bicycles BEDROOMS (Single-story home) - Bedroom 1: One Queen Bedroom (Private attached Bathroom) - Bedroom 2: One King Bedroom * Den with single sleeper pullout sofa * Pool Heater Charges and Information: Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Parking: - 1 Car Driveway - There is also street parking right in front of the house; a car pass is in the house to display on your windshield No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per city guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
