About This Home
We have a three bedroom two bathroom house where my husband and I live with our goofy bloodhound. We are renting a spare bedroom that is beside a bathroom that will only be shared when company is present. The room is currently furnished, but can also be adjusted if you are bringing your own furnishings. Utilities are included. We are a pretty laid-back couple however we are pretty politically active.

Lindley Park is an affordable, park-like neighborhood about four miles west of Downtown Greensboro. Boasting lush green spaces, tree-lined streets, and an impressive mixture of architectural styles, Lindley Park has a variety of affordable rental options including old-fashioned single-family homes, student housing, and modern apartments. Lindley Park is known for being home to the Greensboro Arboretum, a 17-acre botanical garden with a playground, sports facilities, and more. Along with the arboretum, residents also enjoy going to the neighborhood’s namesake park for a stroll or the Lindley Recreation Center for a swim in the community pool. Great for renters who value a strong sense of community, Lindley Park has an active neighborhood association that hosts year-round events that attract people far beyond the neighborhood like the annual Lindley Park Chili Cook-off.
